Whatever our age we want to live the best lives we can. 
There are genetic factors that play a part in how healthy we are as we age but much of our health and happiness is determined by the choices we make.
Our mobility, our mental health, our immune systems, our appreciation of life can all be improved by the actions we take. Some of the things we can do are obvious, such as regular exercise, a healthy diet and getting enough sleep, and this programme will guide you through good practices.
We are all unique and have different needs, like the Immersive Relief programme this programme is ‘person centred’ rather than ‘disease centred’ and is based upon the premise that the mind and body are interconnected and not separate entities.

You will learn physical and psychological therapies to help you achieve health, happiness and wisdom.
All the techniques are based on scientific evidence, and we will explain how and why each of them works. 

In the same way that one person think that one type of pain killer is the best thing for headaches while another says it is a different pain killer that does the trick for them, the same principle applies with the techniques we teach. We suggest you give them all a go but then focus on the ones that resonate with you.

Self assessment tools will help you chart your progress.
Changing habits requires persistence and to help you achieve this you a mentor can give you 20 minutes support once a week for 12 weeks to help you set goals and to keep you motivated and on track.

The course is flexible and fun and you can o it at your own pace. You don’t have to complete a module in one go, they are all broken down into easily digestible bite-sized chunks.
We recommend you complete the programme in 12 weeks if you can, because it helps keep the momentum going but if you don’t manage that, it isn’t a problem, you will continue to have access to all of the content for as long as you need.
